Louis Vuitton 2018 Cruise Show
The Louis Vuitton 2018 Cruise Collection Show was the must see fashion event this month. The show honored David Bowie’s designer Kansai Yamato who greatly influenced the musician’s style. Even the makeup featured is modeled after traditional Japanese theater appearance.
The show took place in Japan at the Miho Museum, and the scenery truly speaks for itself looking second nature to the fashion.
Blending patterns is nothing new. The hairstyle with a strong brow and eyeliner look makes the look edgier.
The simple gray coat can make any color look good when paired together (yes even with a yellow orange).
L.V. actually incorporates many of the same textures in different styles. The same mesh that becomes the train of the dress also becomes a layered sheer dress for another model.
The representation of of Japanese culture in the form of a sequined mini. Both playful and edgy.
Business meets casual with some structured textures. It doesn’t always have to be plain stripes all the time. Plus can we talk about that view.
These gorgeous prints walk the runway.
